25-70% of prospect addresses will come back with a phone number and/or email (this is true of other skip-tracing services also).
You may either provide a list of addresses to us, or we will pull a list for you.
List-pulling (with your criteria)
$25 per list, regardless of size.
Skip-tracing (with Phone and Email):
$.04 for each address, $25 minimum
What you will receive (2 files):
An excel sheet with all owner information, including their mailing address, phone number, email address (if available), mortgage information, year purchased, and house information.
If you use PropAI, you will also receive a CSV file that is properly formatted to be directly uploaded to PropAI.
When you are ready to proceed, please email me with either your list or list criteria, and whether you want us to scrub the DNC numbers. Then, send a text to 512-203-0516 (so I don’t miss the email). Within 24 hours, we will email the 2 files and an invoice which can be paid via PayPal.
